Week 1: Run 2 min, walk 3 min; repeat 6 times
Week 2: Run 3 min, walk 3 min; repeat 5 times
Week 3: Run 5 min, walk 2 min; repeat 4 times
Week 4: Run 7 min, walk 3 min; repeat 3 times
Week 5: Run 8 min, walk 2 min; repeat 3 times
Week 6: Run 9 min, walk 1 min; repeat 3 times
Week 7: Run 30 minutes
Will I actually be able to run 30 minutes in 7 weeks? Yikes!
So on another note:
Sad news, my computer is still being worked on. I really, REALLY don't like having it gone. Every part of my life is on that computer. I have pictures from our wedding, before and after. Our small trip of a honeymoon, pictures from Will's birth and bringing him home and being new parents for the first time. All of the things you don't think you'd let your child do, but then you do it cause its sooo darrrnn cutttee! It's all on that computer. Luckily, I had gotten everything sent to walmart photo online except for our recent camping pictures. I had just uploaded those, when the computer fell to its death. :' ( :' (
The weather here is officially nasty fall. It went from pleasant fall- where the leaves are gorgeous, the wind is perfect but there is still the right amount of sunshine- to nasty fall. Nasty fall is rainy and windy and cold. Yuck! I am one of those people who don't like things part way- I want it all the way. So if it's fall, I want pretty leaves and sunshine. If it's winter, I want snow, and LOTS of it! Yes, one of my other obsessions- snow.
Another day of classes and then grey's night!!! Tonight I will be celebrating with my husband. No girls night tonight, just the 3 of us. Which no offense to my girl friends, but I love being with them more than anything :)

I truly believe you'll be running 30 minutes before you know it. It is a good idea to gradually escalate though. I always HATED running and now after a run I feel amazing. You got this woman, so go out and try and I'll come do this training schedule with you for reals. I find it's easier to do with someone so just holla!! I wish I was available for Grey's tonight, but we'll have a night together this weekend I hope!! Love you!
