Body after baby back

I'm more serious than I've ever been.  I've got to get my body after baby back!!  Uh yea, that was kind of a tongue twister.  Tomorrow starts boot camp!  Not the typical, so-called boot camp, but it's definitely going to take some drive and determination.  I can get in the regular walks but the workouts I'm having much more trouble being serious about.  Tomorrow, that changes.  I'm planning out weekly meals (husband should loooove that!), planning weekly workout routines, and including plenty of "me" time.  I have to have my life organized, which is kind of crazy because anyone who has ever had a child knows that your planning ends the moment they are born.  At least most of my planning went out the door. But my internal being thrives off of a schedule.  So the things I can actually control, I do by scheduling it out.  Maybe I should be a professional organizer for others...

I've started keeping up with Fitness Magazine online and really enjoy the articles and feel of that site.  They even have a special site for "mom" bodies.  I don't like demanding or guilt driven advice on working out.  I want to read something about people who enjoy what they do and have fun.

And I'm also starting my mornings with oatmeal!  yum!  I had forgotten how much I love that stuff.  But it reminds me of the commercial where one gal eats something healthy in the morning and one gal eats a donut or something else unhealthy.  So it goes on to show the gal who chose healthy in the morning made healthy decisions all day long.  And of course the gal who chose to eat junk food made unhealthy food decisions all day after.  So that is what I'm aiming for...  Start healthy, end healthy.

My mom, Will and I went shopping today.  I was finally able to pick up some fall table place mats.  I was having trouble finding just general fall themes.  It was either Halloween themed or Thanksgiving themed.  Don't get me wrong, I love holidays.  I am just trying to budget myself and get something that will work for both right now.  In the future, I'll have decorations for every holiday there is.  Just wait!  I also got an idea on how to make the ribbon wreath I have seen that I love.  However, they all cost 30+ bucks or so.  So Whitney and I decided we could make our own for much cheaper.  Turns out, we're right!  This is the look we are going for, we've not gotten so far as to actually making it yet.  We shall see what happens.

You will get to where you want to be girl, I just know it. You just have to find the energy and the motivation and I can help with the positive attitude!!! We got this lady! Oh and we need to hit up the stores to get crafts for our wreaths, asap!
