I have had access to a computer, thankfully! But I can't put my pictures and lots of time into something when that computer isn't mine!
1st Run
This Saturday will be the first run I have ever done. Well, officially- haha! A friend and I are running in the Inman Middle School Reindeer Run 5k. Pretty excited, although I decided pretty late to actually do it. The actual course may destroy me, but I am pretty pumped and ready to try it! I have been jogging with Will in his stroller and that is rough, so I'm hoping that without a 25 pound child plus stroller will be a little easier. :)
Recap
A lot has gone on since I really wrote anything down. Will has gotten 1 tooth and half of another has finally popped through. Apparently we are slow tooth growers. We are patiently and anxiously trying to get him to sleep through the night in his own bed, in his own room. <-- That's a tough-y. He has started clapping his hands and I can almost promise that he is sounding out words. So far we've got da-da, dog, ba-ba, and this morning ma-ma. Plus the other mumbled jumble that he rambles out frequently.
I finished my first semester back to school post-motherhood. All A's and 1 B (in college algebra!) Pretty excited being that I never understood why they put letters with numbers and still don't really. But it's over and done with so on to the next semester.
Christmas Memories
Jason and I took Will to see Santa last weekend. He had neutral emotions until his cousin (who didn't like Santa at all) got up there, and then there was child meltdown. I was able to successfully snap some pics of him pre- meltdown. The whole trip was very comical but that's what memories are made of, right? We are looking forward to this Christmas with Will. Spending time around people who love your kid almost as much as you do can almost make me speechless. Family and love is what makes great memories for me and that is what the Christmas will be about.
Say cheese!
